Sharon has been in the 'hair industry' for 30 years, working (at some time or another) in all the Western Provinces of Canada. In search of ideas and experience, she has travelled to New York, Chicago, London and Venice. Sharon was Honored as Hairstylist of the Year for Alberta in 1991. She has owned many salons and has done platform work for Terax. Her CV includes selling of beauty supplies province wide, but Sharon much perfers a client based relationship.

In fact, a qualified trainer works with each individual’s specific needs to help him or her overcome weaknesses and utilize strengths. Even proper posture and table height is assessed. Expecting a student to learn application of eyelash extensions utilizing a video or DVD is like expecting a student to learn how to cut hair or perform a surgical procedure from a video or DVD. It will result in an inferior customer experience.
